Identity designed for Team Canada during the World Cup of Hockey. Coming up with a new or fresh take on the Maple Leaf was very challenging. I focused on the three Maple Leafs on the Coat of Arms. This represented the three founding nations of Canada: First Nation, British, and French. Instead of using three leafs, only one leaf was used with three added spikes. I then created an Alpha/Numeral set which picked up the sharp lines from the logo as well as the sleeve detail from both sweaters.
